2014
Two benches and a promise
RAM began as a two-person repair bench, refusing to sell any machine the founders wouldn't use themselves. That rule never changed.
2017
The 42-point standard
We wrote the inspection protocol still used today — 42 checks, every one logged, every one signed off by a named technician.

The studio
We moved into a purpose-built restoration studio with an ESD-safe floor, a thermal test wall and a dedicated photography room.

Apple silicon, mastered
Within weeks of the M1, our team had rebuilt the diagnostics stack for Apple silicon thermals, battery calibration and secure erase.

Carbon-negative logistics
Insured, offset delivery on every order, with recovered parts returned into the repair chain instead of landfill.
